Try a real world scenario

Run the real thing in five minutes — before a client ever sees it.

This is the actual product, not a demo. You’ll play both sides: you, and your customer (a second inbox you own). By the last step you’ll watch a change request get caught against an agreement your “customer” confirmed — the moment that normally takes three months to arrive.

STEP 01

Create your free account

Free, no card, no password — we email you a one-time sign-in link. This address represents you or your firm.

You’ll land right back on this page to finish the test.
Have a second email address ready — that one stands in for your customer.
STEP 02

Paste your customer notes

Real notes from a project you’ve already done — a messy thread, call notes, a brain dump. Any language. Nothing is sent yet.

Takes about 15 seconds.
    STEP 03

Send it to your test address

Use your Your customer address — the second inbox you own. ScopeLinq emails it directly; you never forward anything.

Sent to — now go open that inbox. Nothing moves until you do: the record waits as “sent” until you open that email and confirm each line as your customer.
    STEP 04

    Confirm it as your customer

Open your second inbox. That email is exactly what your client receives. Click the link, read the lines, confirm each one, and lock the record. You just played your client.

The button below only checks — it can’t confirm for you. Until you finish the customer side in that inbox, it will keep saying “Not confirmed yet.” Once you’ve confirmed every line there, it flips to Locked.

Locked. Signed, timestamped, and agreed by both sides.
    STEP 05

A request arrives. The record answers.

↓ Now jump forward three months

Paste the message everyone doing client work eventually gets — edit it to fit your project.

The line they already agreed to
READY-TO-SEND REPLY · YOURS TO EDIT
    STEP 06

The project evolves. So does the record.

The verdict said this is new work — now turn it into a change order your client accepts on the record, instead of a debate in a thread.

That was the whole loop — record, catch, amend

Move forward with confidence — not debate.

That record is real and it’s yours. Now do it for real — same five minutes, your actual client’s address in the customer field.

If there were one feature that would make ScopeLinq an easy yes for you, what would it be?
