"Can you also…" · just landed

What did we
actually agree to?

ScopeLinq turns the kickoff recap or email thread you already have into a record your client confirms — then answers every "can you also…" from that record, not from you.

Monthly packages or fixed-fee projects. No new project-management system. Not a contract — the record that sits beside it.

Conversation Record "Can you also…" Decision

It starts in a thread — an email, a call recap, a Slack message. Any capture tool, any language.

Confirmed line by line, by both sides. Timestamped, on the record.

"Can you also…" arrives mid-month — checked against the record the moment it lands.

The record answers. You decide: quote it now, or save it for next month.

It arrives mid-project. It sounds small. And you say yes — not because it's free, but because you don't want to lose them. Nobody can point to what was actually agreed, so the conversation never happens.

$450
The extra reel in the sample, at the rate the client already agreed to — quoted instead of done as a favor.
Pro is $29 a month. One quoted extra covers fifteen of them. ScopeLinq doesn't make the client say yes — it makes the ask arrive as a quote.

Your notetaker remembers what was said — it can't confirm anything.

Your PM tool tracks the work on your side — a task board isn't something your client agreed to.

Your contract has the rule. It doesn't have the moment.

Nothing holds a record you both confirmed when the work changes. That's the gap.

Your contract handles the beginning. ScopeLinq handles what changes afterward.

Why you can believe it
It cites the line you both confirmed — or says the record doesn't cover it.
T–01

Every answer points to a confirmed line

If the record doesn't cover it, ScopeLinq says "needs clarification." And when it reads your thread, it leaves out any line it can't trace to your words — it doesn't invent terms.

We stay out of your money

No payments, no invoicing. You copy the SL reference into the tools you already use — or export the record as JSON.

Fair questions

What skeptics ask first.

Does it work for retainers and for fixed-fee projects?
Both. The record holds the deliverable count, the revision rounds, the turnaround, the extras rate, the fee and the term — whether that repeats monthly or ends at delivery.
"It's easy with AI now — can you just add it?"
The record still holds the count. The reply cites it, names the extras rate you already agreed, and asks for the go-ahead. How the work gets done doesn't change what was agreed.
Is this the answer to scope creep?
It's the answer to the moment scope creep happens: the message lands, the record answers, the reply goes out as a quote or a yes. Your contract has the rule; this is the moment.
I already have contracts.
Good — keep them. ScopeLinq isn’t your contract; it’s everything that changes after the contract is signed. Your contract set the project; the record tracks the "one more things" your contract never anticipated.
Is this just AI summarizing my notes?
The AI drafts; you edit; your client confirms. From then on, every answer is Included, Additional work, or Needs clarification — always citing the line you both confirmed, or saying the record doesn't cover it. An AI opinion is never sent to your client.
Will clients actually confirm?
Confirming is one click on a clean, plain-English list — and it protects them as much as you. Even when they don’t, a Sent-and-Viewed record already beats a text thread, reminders are capped at two, and the Proceeding Notice turns silence into documented context.
Do I have to record my calls?
No. ScopeLinq records nothing. Paste whatever you already have — an email, a text thread, meeting notes, or the export from any notetaker you use. Any language in, a clean English scope out.
What happens to my data?
Your notes and agreements are never used to train AI. Records are two-party confirmed, signed, and timestamped — and they’re yours.
