Send accepted change orders to your invoicing tool
ScopeLinq never bills — when your client accepts a change order, the agreed line is already in your invoicing tool. One signed webhook, one bookkeeper email. We stay out of your money.
How it works
- Add a webhook URL and (optionally) a bookkeeper email under Settings → Integrations.
- Your client accepts a change order from the record. The amendment is appended with a lock hash.
- ScopeLinq fires a signed POST with the invoice line, and emails the full JSON payload to your bookkeeper.
The payload
A single JSON object. The invoice_line block is a drop-in for most invoicing tools.

The POST carries X-ScopeLinq-Event, X-ScopeLinq-Delivery, and X-ScopeLinq-Signature: sha256=<hex> (HMAC-SHA256 over the body with your shared secret). HTTPS only; one retry after 30 s on 5xx or network error.
Works with your invoicing tool
Works with QuickBooks, Xero, FreshBooks, Wave, Bonsai, HoneyBook and Stripe Invoicing through Zapier or Make. Point the webhook at a Zap or Scenario that creates the invoice line — field mapping is in the guides below.
Free fallback: Copy invoice line
On the Free plan, each accepted change order shows a one-click Copy invoice line button on the record. Paste it into the invoice description in whatever tool you use.
