Unused credits
If you bought credits and haven't used them, email us within 14 days of purchase and we'll refund in full. No forms, no friction.
Used credits
A credit is consumed when an analysis runs. Because the analysis cost is incurred immediately, used credits are generally not refundable. Exception: if the analysis failed to produce usable output and the failure was ours (errors, malformed results), tell us and we'll re-credit you — the system is also designed not to charge a credit when analysis fails.
How to request
Email hello@scopelinq.com from your account address with the word "refund" in the subject. Refunds are issued to the original payment method via Stripe, typically within 5–10 business days.
