What we agreed:

Monthly output is 2 long-form videos and 4 short-form videos. That is the monthly
count, every month.

Each asset gets 2 revision rounds. Ren asked what actually counts as a round —
we said a round is one consolidated set of feedback, all the notes in one pass,
not a trickle of messages over three days. He was fine with that.

Turnaround on edits is 48 hours, measured from when we receive the consolidated
notes.

Anything past the monthly count gets quoted before we start work on it. Rate we
gave them: $450 for an additional short-form video, $1,400 for an additional
long-form. Nothing extra gets produced until they approve the quote.

Fee is $6,500 a month. We invoice on the 1st, terms are net 15.

Month to month, no minimum term. Either side can end it with 30 days' written
notice.

What Halden owes us each month: raw footage and brand assets in our hands by the
5th. And one person as the single feedback contact — Marcus said their last
agency had four people sending notes in four directions and it was a mess. Ren is
the contact.

"Marcus — good call today. Putting the terms in writing so we're working off the
same page. Northline delivers 2 long-form and 4 short-form videos a month. Each

beyond the monthly count is quoted before work starts — $450 a short-form,

footage and the brand kit by the 5th each month. Sending the first invoice
approval through today."
